You’re responsible for making social happen, whether it’s your own business or the brand you work for. I’ll teach you what content to create, why it works, and how to use AI to turn it into an email list and customers.
Join today for my AI + Social Playbook Bootcamp, live every Wednesday through November 4.
I’m a growth, community, and content expert and an exited founder. I grew Love Stories TV to 30 million video views a month and millions of dollars in sales, and sold it. Now I build my businesses and social followings with a set of AI tools that lets me do the work of an entire team as just one person. Same strategies, new AI powered playbook.
Yearly members also get a 1:1 call with me. Cancel anytime.
When you join, you’re joining a membership. It starts with my six-week live bootcamp, and when the bootcamp ends on November 4, the membership keeps going every month.
The bootcamp started September 30, and you can absolutely still join! You get the recordings and all of the resources from every session you missed, so you can catch up and join us live for the rest. And if you join as a yearly member, you also get a 1:1 kickoff call with me.
You don’t need any tech, editing, or design skills, because I teach every tool we use from scratch. I taught all of it to an attorney who had never posted a video in her life, and now her videos average 60,000+ views.
Whether you own the business or you’re on the marketing team, you know social can grow it. But figuring out what to post, and how, feels hard. The good news: you already have something real to work with. You’re already giving your customers something valuable. You just need a way to turn that value and knowledge into content that reaches more people and turns them into new customers.
That’s what I’ll teach you: what to post, how to get the footage, how to edit it fast, how to use AI without making everything sound like AI, how to organize your calendar, and how to turn the people watching into an email list and eventually customers.
I built these systems for my teams at Birchbox and Love Stories TV. Now you can run the same systems as a small team or a solopreneur with the help of AI skills and tools, and I’ll teach you exactly how to build your version for your business.
My best friend Katie is an estate planning attorney and the founder of Mitzi. A year ago she had never posted a video in her life, and she was nervous to start. I taught her how to use social media to build an engaged audience, which turned into an email list that became Mitzi customers.
Her videos now average 60,000+ views per post, using the exact AI system I teach in the bootcamp: the editing, the hooks, the captions, the posting calendar, and the funnel that turns a comment into an email address. At Love Stories TV that was a team of people. Now it’s just me and a set of saved skills.
Your business has real knowledge that people need, and there’s a system for turning that knowledge into attention, an email list, and customers.
I’m not a social media coach. I’m a founder who used organic social media to build a company to millions of dollars in sales, and then sold it.
I started at Birchbox, as the first social media hire at the first viral beauty brand. Then I founded Love Stories TV and grew it to 8 million followers, 30 million video views a month, a marketplace of 60,000+ wedding professionals, and a profitable podcast network. Snapchat was one of my investors. I did all of it with teams I hired, trained, and managed.
Then I rebuilt that entire team as an AI system, and used it to grow a business that wasn’t mine: an estate planning attorney who had never posted a video in her life. Same strategies I used at Birchbox and Love Stories TV. A fraction of the time, and no team. That’s when I knew it was worth teaching.
The bootcamp is my playbook: the exact AI skills and tools I use to do the work of a whole team by myself, all of my content and organizational templates, my strategies.
Grew it to 8 million followers and 30 million video views a month.
60,000+ wedding professionals, profitable podcast network.
After driving millions of dollars in sales.
Every role I used to hire for, running as saved skills I operate myself.
An attorney, zero to 23,000 followers and 3.5M views, with no team.
“I began my career in social media under Rachel, and I still use what she taught me every single day. She went beyond tactics, teaching me what ‘going viral’ truly means beyond the view count, as well as how to capture an audience’s attention and keep it.”
“I’ve worked with Rachel at two companies, Birchbox and Love Stories TV, and the thing she’s best at is her clarity. You can come to her with anything you’re stuck on: what you think you should be doing, where you’re sure you’re behind, why your revenue isn’t where you want it. She’ll cut through it and help you prioritize what’s worth your attention right now, and the angle you should be leading with. She’s direct and she doesn’t overcomplicate anything, which saves so much time. You can tell she has so much fun doing this, and she won’t make you feel behind for not already knowing this stuff!”
“Rachel is always ahead of the curve of all things social, and a genius at tapping into what people are actually doing and seeking out in order to drive growth. She’s a rare mix of strategy, creative, and execution, and an asset to any business or founder.”
“I learned so much working for Rachel Jo Silver, and many of those lessons have continued to shape how I approach social media today. She taught me the value of building strong content franchises, creating relevant, quick-turn content, and developing a strong and engaged social community. I also learned a great deal from her approach to team leadership and building a creative, collaborative environment. My time working with Rachel had a lasting impact on how I think about social strategy, content, and leadership.”
Not just ‘notes.’ Actionable skills:
Your strategy: what to post and why. Plus setting up your AI (whatever you use, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to know your business, your customer, and how you, your founder, or your brand sound, so everything you make after this starts from the right place. We’ll also set the rules for what AI can help with, what needs your judgment, and how to keep the work accurate, on-brand, and human.
Your content: how to make, edit, and publish content that fits your business. We’ll work from what you already have: footage you shoot, a founder or teammate who sends you videos, customer questions, old emails, a transcript, or something else. I’ll show you the editing setup I use and give you access to my exact setup, so you can make more without letting content take over your week.
Your viewers-to-email path: decide what happens after someone engages with your content. If you’re starting from zero, you’ll choose a simple first setup. If you already have email, a DM tool, or a company-approved system, you’ll map how they connect. You’ll also build the welcome message that makes sense for your business.
Your organizational system: your calendar and your tracker, connected to my repost engine. This makes sure you’re creating and posting smarter, not harder.
Your content multiplier: one video becomes ten. The carousel, the article, the email, and next week’s hooks, all built from the same transcript.
Your 90-day plan: so week seven happens without me. And your own saved skills, so your AI keeps doing all of this the way you like it, no matter which one you use.
A skill is something you write, not code. You write it like you’re talking to your AI, you save it, and it does the thing your way every time without you explaining it over again. I wrote every one of mine to grow an estate planning attorney’s business from zero, and now I run my own business on that same set. You get the library, and you build your own versions as you go. You don’t need to know how to build one before you come. I’ll show you what information to give it, how to check its work, and when to step in yourself. Here are a few:
Drop in a raw file, get back the finished, captioned video.
It reads your transcript and writes both, and it gets better every time you tell it what you liked and what you didn’t.
Built from real examples of how you talk and write, and you run it last so your voice doesn’t get lost in all the editing.
Same transcript, now a carousel.
It reads any draft and flags every phrase that makes something sound like AI wrote it - useful when you’re using AI to edit, revise, and scale your copy.
Anything you explain over and over, or would train an employee to do, can become one.
These tools help you think, organize, edit, and make a first draft faster. They don’t replace your expertise, your approval process, or your final call.
When the bootcamp ends, you keep going, with me and with everyone else in it.

Come yourself, send the person who owns social, or bring the person whose knowledge will become the content. You’ll leave with a system, not just more tools.
You’re already great at what you do, and your customers already know it. The only thing missing is that the people who need you haven’t found you yet, and social is how they find you.
A year from now, I want you to have an audience that found you on their own, an email list full of people who already trust you, and customers who showed up because they watched your videos. And I want you to sit down on a Tuesday morning and know exactly what to post, because you have a system and it’s doing the work with you.
Can I promise you a specific number of followers by next September? I can’t. But I’ve done this at Birchbox, at Love Stories TV, and for an attorney who had never posted a video in her life, and I know that if you don’t start, a year from now you’ll still be counting on referrals and paying for every new customer. I’d so much rather spend that year building it with you. I’d love to have you!
You already know more than you’re currently turning into content.
Let’s turn that knowledge into a social system you can actually run.
